ABCON LLC
Established in 2012, Absheron Construction LLC (AbCon), previously known as "Hidro Group", is a project engineering and construction company experienced in industrial and civil construction projects. We deliver high quality civil, mechanical, piping and automation projects in various industrial and infrastructure projects. Our past projects have included large diameter pipelines (both steel and polyethylene), underground water and sewer transmission utilities of up to 2800mm, industrial and commercial site developments, pump stations and water reservoirs, office and residential buildings, as well as massive concrete & earthworks.

Our capacity and expertise allows us to quickly deploy adequate number of manpower and equipment to a project site. AbCon draws on a staff of more than 600 people (full-time, part-time and project based) that include engineers, foremen, welders, topographers, machine operators, skilled manpower and support staff.
Over the years we have acquired one of the newest and largest fleets of pipe construction equipment in Azerbaijan, to improve quality, efficiency and accuracy in our projects. With the country’s largest set of welding machines (a combined 124 welding machines for steel and polyethylene welding), powerful equipment and experienced personnel, AbCon is able to achieve maximum production per day. The driving force behind this type of investment is to remain an industry leader by pioneering advanced pipe construction technologies and construction techniques in Azerbaijan.
RECONSTRUCTION OF ASTARA-QAZIMAMMAD MAiN GAS PIPELINE
Projeci Status: Completed in November 2023
The "Horadiz - Lachin" main gas pipeline projeci's 52 km seciion completed within a remarkable timeframe of 4 months. This signifıcant achievement encompasses the installation of 40 km of DN 530 steel pipes and 12 km of DN 325 steel pipes. Also, the construciion of 52 km service road was challenging as well because of mountainous terrain. To fınish the projeci up to 200 heavy equipment and 600 staff members worked tirelessly and contributed their skills and expertise.
HORADIZ - LACHIN MAiN GAS PIPELINE
Projeci Status: Completed in November 2023

CONSTRUCTION OF 0-7.3 KM AND 19.15-34.76 KM MAIN OIL PIPELINE
Projeci Status: Completed in April 2023
This project includes the construction 2291O meters of DN720 pipes. During the period of the project, modem technologies are equipped such as intemal clamps, pipe cutting and beveling machines to finish the project in time and in budget with the desired quality. timeframe of 4 months. This signifıcant achievement encompasses the installation of 40 km of DN 530 steel pipes and 12 km of DN 325 steel pipes. Also, the construciion of 52 km service road was challenging as well because of mountainous terrain. To fınish the projeci up to 200 heavy equipment and 600 staff members worked tirelessly and contributed their skills and expertise.
PADARCHOL IRRIGATION PROJECT
Project status: completed in 2018
This project included a field of 76 pivots that allows irrigation of 5.002 ha. The piping network for this project is composed of steel 530-1.016 mm diameter pipes and HDPE 250-500 mm diameter pipes that distribute water to all the pivots with the required pressure and flow. Our scope of work included project design and installation of the main pipeline and field pipe network, which includes:
- Steel pipeline (DN530-1016) - 45.750 meters
- HDPE pipes (DN200-500) - 42.200 meters
SAMUKH IRRIGATION PROJECT
Project status: Completed in 2016
This project included a field of 40 pivots that allows irrigation of 4.000 ha. The water is supplied to the field from Kura River by a main pipeline composed of one pumping station and a steel 1.000-1.200 mm diameter pipe. in the field two pumping stations and piping network of HDPE 200-710 mm diameter pipes distribute water to all the pivots with the required pressure and flow. Our scope of work included project design and installation of the main pipeline and field pipe network, which included:
- Steel pipeline (DN1000-1200)- 13.564 meters
- High density polyethylene pipes (DN200-710) - 36.788 meters
KHIRDALAN-KHOJAHASAN-SULUTAPA TUNNEL TYPE SEWER COLLECTOR
Project status: Completed in 2016
This 7.5-km project is a new and significant project for Azerbaijan. A tunnel boring machine (TBM) was procured from "Herrenknecht" to drill the tunnel.

- External diameter of the tunnel: 3.550 mm
- Overall length of the tunnel: 7.531 m
- Overall depth of the mine: 296 m
- Number of mines: 9
- Tunnel drilling: 93.000 m3

AZERTECHNOLINE PIPE PRODUCTION PLANT SAMUKH IRRIGATION PROJECT
Project status: Completed in 2015
The project covers 1 steel pipe production plant, 1 steel production workshop and 1 polyethylene pipe plant in a 33 ha area. Besides the production buildings there are administrative buildings, warehouses, a parking lot for trucks, a common parking lot, central canteen and green spaces. This plant is the biggest pipe production complex in Azerbaijan to date.

HOVSAN AERATION STATION
Project status: Completed in 2014
Hovsan Sewage Treatment Station which started to operate in 1970s had become one the largest polluted water treatment plants in Baku. With a capacity of 640 thousand m3 this station carries out the treatment of 60% of sewage wastes. The overall area is 73 ha and the number of water filtering pools is 12. Our company performed repairs of all the mechanical equipments, final filtering pools and sludge drying plants in this facility.
PROSECUTOR GENERAL’S OFFICE
Project status: completed in 2020
This is a turn-key project for a building complex consisting of an administrative office building, training center, conference hail, dormitory and stadium with a total area of 1.2 hectares. The complex hasa total office area of 14.500 m2, including a seven-story administrative building (7.500 m2), 2 five-story buildings (5.180 m2) which will house the training center and the dormitory, and a three-story conference hail (1.744 m2). The facility will alsa have a stadium (625 m2) and various green space areas (1.900 m2).
GUBA CITY WATER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Project status: Completed in 2015
The project covered an administrative building, water reservoir and a park in an area of 4.5 hectares. it was built to centrallymanage centrally the water and sewerage network for the residents of Guba. SCADA system was installed for fully automated control cithe networks. This system allowed to regulate the volume of water in reservoirs, operational status of drawers, pressure at reservoir exits and in the network, as well as the volume of stock in reservoirs. The new system is also capable of identifying the points of failures and the areas with no water supply.

UJAR CITY WATER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Project status: Completed in 2016
The project covered an administrative building, water reservoir and a park in an area of 4.5 hectares. it was built to centrally manage centrally the water and sewerage network for the residents of Ujar.
